Storage Technology Corporation ("Storage") appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California that EMC Corporation is not liable for inducing the infringement of claims 5, 10, and 21 of U.S. Patent 4,467,421 because EMC is licensed under the parties licensing agreement. See Storage Tech. Corp. v. EMC Corp., No. C-98-20148 RMW (Sept. 1, 1998) (findings of fact and Conclusions of law); Storage Tech. Corp. v. EMC Corp., No. C98-20148 RMW (Sept. 29, 1998) (judgment). Because the district court properly concluded that EMC is licensed under the agreement, we affirm.
